Ravichandar is currently Chairman of Feedback Consulting (www.feedbackconsulting.com), a leading research and consulting firm in India that has been part of over US$ 6 bn investments in India.

Under his guidance, Feedback has undertaken over 3000 studies and consulting engagement, with a focus on assessing market opportunities and customer satisfaction for over 600 Indian and Global companies in India.  In addition, Ravichandar has personally mentored many startup firms across technology and traditional sectors. He still consults on projects where he is able to use his out of box, pragmatic ideas for new concepts and value proposition across customer segments.

ISR Activities

Ravichandar has been active on urban issues. He was a key member of the Bangalore Agenda Task Force (BATF), a public-private partnership, where he has contributed pro bono on initiatives regarding urban infrastructure, governance issues, fiscal improvements and on enhancing quality of life.

Ravichandar along with three others was involved in evangelizing the setting up of the US$ 12 bn Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JN-NURM) fund by the Union Government for 63 cities in India.

Currently, Ravichandar is actively involved in evangelizing the idea of Corporates and Civil Society coming together on a City Connect platform (supported by CII India@75 program) to improve the quality of life in their city (www.cityconnect.in). The platform is operational in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Trivandrum.

Ravichandar has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with over 33 years industry experience.
