Lalit Ahuja is the Founder of Kyron Management Services. Before Kyron, Lalit served as a Chairman and President of Target Corporation India.  

Prior to joining Target, Lalit Ahuja was the co-founder of ANSRSource Inc., a Dallas, TX based consulting firm. Lalit started his career in the Indian Navy before retiring as a Lieutenant Commander. While in the Navy, was the Head of the prestigious Naval Computer Applications Center near Mumbai and as a Senior Engineer Officer for INS Vindhyagiri.  

Lalit has been the CEO of: Datamatics Ltd, Mumbai, one of India’s premier IT and BPO services company LG Group’s Software and R&D operations at Bangalore News Corporation - STAR TV While at News Corp, Lalit was also the CEO of the News Corporation Venture Capital Fund in India (managing a portfolio of $250 million across 11 investments in Asia) and the founding Managing Director of NDS Ltd. Lalit has also served as a Senior Executive Advisor for IBM in Japan. Mr. Ahuja is an MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology ‘IIT’, Mumbai and a graduate of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He currently serves as a distinguished member of the Global Council for Thunderbird School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona
