Kaustav Mitra is Vice-President and Global Program Lead for the SAP Startup Focus program. Mitra joined SAP in 2011 after 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur launching, growing and selling a managed IT services firm. Prior to heading SAP’s global startup initiative, he was a member of SAP’s Chairman Projects team where he led a variety of strategic projects for SAP Executive Board Member and CTO Vishal Sikka. He has a Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from BITS, Pilani in India and a Master’s degree in Economics from USC.
