He successfully led and turned around madura garments to value creation and growth.The company delivered the highest revenue growths and profits of power brands into lifestyle icons,including louis philippe,van heusen, Allen Solly, Peter england and san francisco on an international quality and scale.He has driven pioneering and aggressive retail growth and value creation in the retail arena,including aggressive space acquisition.He built a strong and international quality team of passionate people who deliver results. He joined madura garments from Nike Inc. Where he was country manager,south asia. In this role, He set up the nike india entity and built the foundations of the brand and business in india. Key initiatives included product enhancement, Retail development,connection with key sports, and brand building .Prior to the above he was a key member of the team at Mcdowell and Co Ltd Between 1993 to 2000 starting as controller sales west and quickly introduced important innovations and best practices in the company . After this he moved as general manager marketing (Head of Marketing)His last assignment was as vice president sales Mcdowell.He led a team of over 400 team members to aggressive sales profit growths of 28 CAGR in three Years .
