Started an award winning social enterprise, Alchemy Career Solutions. Worked on million dollar projects and designed innovation programs for companies like Nike, Oracle, Logica, Sungard and more. He's the co-author of 2 books, the most recent one being “Great Work Hack”. He's been involved with several startups and runs two global companies. He is also the founder of Career Kraft.
