TripThirsty is a Pinterest-like interface for great places. It helps users discover interesting places to visit as well as collect them under various wishlists. We identify who among the user’s travel buddies also want to visit the place and then offer timely high-value deals to the group. Intent+ Company+ Group deals = Trips!
Our long term vision is to drive more and more travel by helping travellers make better decisions about where to go and who to go with. Since travel providers have perishable inventory, group deals are a win-win for everyone. And, we get paid for leads and conversions.

Jaaga's Openhouse:
Have design or technical skills? Want to do a startup? Need to settle on an idea and find cofounders ? Participate in the StartupSchool.in CoFounder Dating and Brainstorming workshop at Jaaga Sunday March 10. With group brainstorming and speed dating we prototype founding teams with a plan to get started.
What is an Openhouse:
On Sunday, numerous companies, organizations and people will host diverse sessions all over Bangalore. These will be "freestyle" events, meaning they will not be curated by Startup Festival team, volunteers or on-site Startup Festival branding.
There were so many deserving and eager companies who wanted to host sessions at Startup Festival, but who we couldn't accomodate due to schedule restrictions. Well, Sunday is their day to shine and to inspire a new generation of startups in Bangalore!
This workshop is for people who haven't started their entrepreneurial journey yet but seriously considering it.
It's about clarifying various barriers and getting an opportunity to work real-time on challenges they're having.
Working on barriers such as:
"I have no idea"
"It's too risky"
"I have too many interests"
"I don't have enough money"
And find a way to hack them in someway.
Entry: Rs.200/- Festival pass does not cover this event.
Kitsch Mandi and Startup Festival come together on Sunday at Pebble to celebrate the closing of Neighborhood Fest and Startup Festival. Flea market, Live Music by Thaalavattam, DJ Vachan and singer songwriters, Live Painting, Experimental Dance performance and more.
