Gain insights from entrepreneurs on starting a business that complies with basic legal requirements. The presentation will give an overview on company incorporation, post incorporation activities, employment, real estate, business contracts and intellectual property rights.
Post the session, we would also like to offer TIE members free one to one interactions with our attorneys on (i) company incorporation, (ii) real estate, (iii) intellectual property; and (iv) venture capital / private equity. These sessions would be not more than 15 minutes with
TIE members, where interested TIE members get to interact with our area specific attorneys on any of the aforesaid topics (between 3pm and 5pm).
These sessions will be on a pre-booking basis.
